For people who already sell to local businesses

We build you an AI phone-answering agency. You sell it under your name.

Local businesses miss calls and lose the job. Bregstar built the assistant that answers and actually books the appointment — then we build the whole business around it for you: your brand, your dashboard, your demo line, the sales playbook. You own the clients. We run the platform underneath.

That's Bregstar Heating & Cooling — a demo HVAC company that exists only on this platform. Call it and be a customer.

  • Book a furnace repair for tomorrow morning.
  • Say you smell gas. See what it does instead of booking.
  • Ask for a person and count the seconds.

What "built for you" means

A business, not a login

Plenty of companies will sell you an API key and a "white-label" checkbox. That's tooling. This is the product, the brand, the pitch, and the person who's done it — handed over together.

The assistant your clients pay for
Answers in one ring, 24/7. Says it's an AI. Books into the client's calendar, texts the customer a confirmation, transfers emergencies to the on-call phone, takes messages, screens robocalls. Every call transcribed and logged.
Your brand on all of it
Your name and logo on the dashboard your clients log into, on their Monday report, and as the sender of every text. Bregstar is invisible to your clients.
A demo line in your market
A fictional local business, running live on your brand, that a prospect can call from their truck. It closes more deals than any slide. Ours is above; yours sounds like you.
Client setup, done with you
A 15-minute questionnaire — hours, services, prices, service area, where emergencies go — becomes a live number. We set up your first clients alongside you until you can do it in your sleep.
The sales playbook
Cold-outreach scripts for home-services shops, the demo-call script, the onboarding questionnaire, pricing-page copy, and the objection answers. The same kit we sell with ourselves.
Quality and compliance, handled centrally
We run the test suite every time the prompt or the model changes, keep the AI disclosure and recording notice locked on, and maintain the integrations. You never touch a prompt.
Launch coaching
A 30-day launch plan and a weekly call with Zach for your first 90 days. Not a course — someone who's making the same calls you are.
Second-line support
You answer your clients' questions. We answer yours, and fix anything the platform gets wrong.

How it goes

Four steps, one of them is a phone call

It starts with you being the customer.

Before we talk, call the demo line and try to break it. If you can't picture selling what you just heard to a plumber in your town, don't email me — we'd both be wasting a month. If you can, the rest is logistics.

  1. Call (312) 624‑6997. Book a job, ask for a person, smell gas. Five minutes.
  2. Email Zach. Your market, what you sell today, and who you'd call first. A 30-minute conversation follows.
  3. We build your agency. Brand, dashboard, phone numbers, your own demo line, the kit with your name on it. Weeks, not months.
  4. You launch. Ten conversations a day for 30 days, with a weekly call. Your first clients go live on their after-hours line, then their whole line.

The demo

Bregstar Heating & Cooling

A furnace-and-AC company in Chicago with no office, no receptionist, and no humans — just the assistant, a calendar, and an on-call phone. It's how we show the product, and it's what your own demo line will be, on your brand.

Call it

(312) 624‑6997. Answers 24/7. It tells you it's an AI in the first sentence.

What it knows

Hours, nine services with starting prices, a 20-mile service area, and one on-call tech named Mike. All of it is on the demo page.

What it does

Books real arrival windows, reads the booking back once, texts a confirmation, triages emergencies, transfers anyone who asks for a person.

Who this is for

People with a phone and a list

The platform doesn't make your phone ring. It closes the deal once you've found the prospect. So it works for people who already reach local business owners.

Marketing agencies with contractor clients

You already bill twenty plumbers a month for SEO or ads — and send their after-hours calls to voicemail. This is the easiest add-on you'll ever sell.

Reps leaving field-service software

You sold Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, merchant services or payroll to contractors. You know the buyer and you have the numbers. Now own the book.

Local IT and phone-system shops

You already run their phones. Call forwarding is one setting you've done a hundred times, and your clients trust you with infrastructure.

People who were going to buy a franchise

You wanted a defined system and a territory, without a $200k build-out. This is the system. You still have to sell.

Who it isn't for. Anyone looking for passive income, anyone who's never sold to a local business owner, anyone who wants to turn off the "I'm an AI" disclosure to sound more human. The first 90 days are you on the phone, ten conversations a day. I'd rather say that now.

Questions

Fair enough

What do my clients actually pay for?

An answered phone that books the job. Home-services shops pay $299–$899 a month for it, flat, no per-minute meter. The whole pitch — and the arithmetic of one recovered water-heater job — is on the contractors page. That's the page your clients would see, with your name on it.

What does it cost me?

A platform fee per client you have live, plus a setup for building your agency. The numbers depend on your market and how you want to structure it, and I go through them one-to-one rather than on a web page. You set your own retail pricing; the majority of every dollar your clients pay stays with you.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You never touch a prompt, a model, or a server. You need to be able to explain call forwarding to a plumber and fill in a questionnaire about their business. We handle everything below that line.

What's under the hood?

Our own pipeline — telephony, speech recognition, a frontier language model, and a natural voice — running on our servers, not a reseller wrapper. That's why the margins work and why we control what the assistant says. Every prompt change runs through an automated suite of test conversations before it ships.

Is this a franchise?

You operate under your own brand, set your own prices, and run your own business. What you're getting from Bregstar is the software platform, the setup, and support. The agreement is straightforward and we go through it together before anything is signed.

Why not just do this yourself with an AI tool?

You can rent a voice-agent API by the minute today. What you can't rent is a year of tuning what it says to a customer whose basement is flooding, a compliance posture that survives a lawyer looking at it, and a sales kit that's been used on real contractors. That's what you're buying.

Talk to Zach

Tell me your market and who you'd call first.

One email. I'll reply myself, and if it looks like a fit we'll get 30 minutes on the phone. Call the demo line before you write — it's the first thing I'll ask.
